Students who want to apply for the third exam opportunity can follow the steps listed below:
- Determine if you are eligible. Students may only write the third opportunity if they require one module to complete their degree. For postgraduate studies, you can only apply for modules that are presented in class format (i.e. you cannot apply for dissertations/thesis as a third opportunity).
- Contact the relevant student administrator from the Dean's Office on the campus on which you study via email. In this email provide details that you would like to apply for a third opportunity, your full name, student number and the module which you request to write third opportunity. Please also cc Mrs Adelle Jerling in your email.
- For undergraduate and postgraduate modules on the Potchefstroom Campus: Mrs Adelle Jerling
- For undergraduate and postgraduate modules on the Vanderbijlpark Campus: Ms Nomonde Nqumbisa
- For undergraduate and honours modules on the Mahikeng Campus: Ms Shebo Kakula
- For masters modules on the Mahikeng Campus: Mrs Musanchi Sichembe
