About the workshop:
The South African – Sweden University Forum (SASUF) is an initiative to promote collaboration between the two countries in which a number of universities in South Africa (including NWU) and Sweden are signatories. The SASUF project runs from 2017 – 2020, and is jointly funded by the Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation Research and Higher Education (STINT) and the South African National Research Foundation (NRF). In view of this project, a Research and Innovation week takes place from 14-18 May 2018 in South Africa during which seminars, workshops and symposiums will occur across South Africa at various universities. Under the theme Climate change, natural resources and sustainability of the Research and Innovation week, a workshop: Air quality in South Africa, will hosted at the Potchefstroom Campus of the North-West University on 18 May 2018.
