GeeXpo 2025 invites businesses, organisations, and industry partners to participate as exhibitors. Exhibitors receive free stall space to showcase products, services, and career opportunities to high school learners, university students, educators, and fellow professionals.
Participation is free, but sponsorship contributions or prize donations in support of our competitions are highly appreciated.

Exhibitors will receive a complimentary coffee and muffin for breakfast. All other food and beverages are at your own expense.
Stall Setup Information
- Tables and chairs will be provided by the organisers. Stall setup requirements (number of tables and chairs) must be indicated on the registration form.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to set up their own branded elements, such as gazebos, banners, branded tablecloths, and marketing materials to represent their business professionally.
- We also request a high-resolution company logo to include on the GeeXpo website and event materials for promotional exposure.
