The 2011 c*change Symposium will be held on 12 & 13 November 2011 at the Misty Hills Conference Centre, immediately prior to the CATSA Conference at the same venue.
A Block Booking has been arranged with the Misty Hills Conference Centre and this will be held until 12 October 2011. Contact details are provided in the attached memorandum and/or prof forma Accommodation Booking Form.
As indicated at the c*change Business Meeting, and as opposed to previous years, this year the Symposium will be held on Saturday and Sunday because (i) the c*change Board Meeting could only be scheduled for Friday 11 November at UCT, and (ii) this will allow our international Board Member, Prof. Hans Niemantsverdriet, to attend the c*change Board Meeting on Friday, to join us for the Symposium as well as (part of?) the CATSA Conference and give a Guest lecture on the afternoon of Sunday 13 November to all the c*change members.

We have tried to keep the general 'c*change overview' presentation times as short as possible, and leave as much time as possible for technical programme discussions. Your respective programme managers will advise you closer to the time of any specific programme-related requirements for the parallel Programme Meetings.
