The Professional Practices and Foundations of Scientific disciplines (ProFound) sub-programme focus on staff members where Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) is conducted as their primary research. This provides lecturers with an opportunity to research their own teaching-learning praxis in a scientific manner to not only improve teaching and learning but also to expand their own research and deliver research outputs. ProFound aims to be more open for all staff members from all three campuses in the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences that are interested in SoTL research.
