Complaints Procedure

In order to ensure transparency and expediency within the Ethics Office, as well as the ethics committees that it supports, there is a very clear procedure that is in place, when a complaint is received

 

There are three types of complaints:

 

  • Complaints from researchers about a member of the NWU-FNASREC itself
  • Complaints from a member of NWU-FNASREC itself about a researcher
  • Complaints received from a research participant, co-researcher, research assistant, or interested community member about research conduct and/or the researcher
