This serves as a reminder of the upcoming training webinars in support of the 2026 Mid-Year Performance Review Process, which will take place from 8 to 26 June 2026. The app will also open on 8 June 2026.
As previously communicated, all permanent and fixed-term employees (with benefits) are required to complete their mid-year reviews on or before 26 June 2026. Please note that no extensions will be granted beyond the closing date.
Employees are reminded that participation in the Mid-Year Review Process is dependent on having an approved Performance Agreement and Personal Development Plan (PDP) in place. Line managers are therefore requested to ensure that all employees reporting to them have approved Performance Agreements and PDPs prior to the commencement of the review process.
