Staff who would like to make use of any Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences marketing materials are requested to please take note of the following:
- Procedure for use of materials:
- Please fill in the form below to request to use marketing materials.
- Once you have filled in the form, please confirm with Ms Ashleigh Pieterse (FNAS Senior Liaison Officer) that your submission was received.
- Ms Pieterse will then provide you with an e-mail stating that you can sign the specified materials out for specified time frame.
- Staff members from the Vaal Campus can show this e-mail to Mrs Jani Van der Vyver (Building 8), and she will provide you with the specified materials.
- Staff members from the Mahikeng Campus, can show this e-mail to Mr Ruan Meyer (Building A1, Marketing and Student Recruitment Department), and he will provide you with the specified materials.
- Staff members from the Potchefstroom Campus can collect the specified materials, after they have received their confirmation e-mail, from Ms Pieterse (Building G5, room G05).
- When returning items, it is your own responsibility to set the materials up in front of and specifically point out each item to Ms Pieterse/Mrs Van der Vyver/Mr Meyer in order to confirm that you have returned the materials in the same condition in which you receive them.
- In the instance where you do not set up/point out the items and the items are found to be damaged or missing, you will be held responsible for the replacement thereof.
- Please ensure that you stick to the dates that you request to fetch and return the materials.
